  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 tsp Spirulina *see notes above for the brand I like best
  • 1 Tbsp Nut Butter or choice *Cashew butter is my favorite!
  • 1 - 1.5 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk *Add until desired consistency is achieved

Optional for Sweetness

  • 2 Pitted Dates


  • Add all ingredients to personal, or full size blender and blend until smooth.
